Julie Favreau

Julie Favreau is a recognized expert in social and community real estate, with more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, risk management, and investment in high-impact social projects across Canada. She has led numerous affordable housing projects, heritage building revitalizations, and the transformation of community and cultural spaces.

She is also recognized for designing and implementing investment funds dedicated to community housing and social real estate, particularly in Montreal and Toronto, bringing together public, private, and philanthropic partners.

Julie is a lawyer and member of the Quebec Bar. She studied strategic management at Harvard University and is a certified corporate director.
